The Little Sailboats

I’m so happy to announce the next set of prints from France! “The Little Sailboats” is another short series, this one consists of three prints.

I photographed this series in Menton early on a summer morning when all was quiet and the air was still. Menton is a beautiful little town right on the border of Italy, with a subtropical microclimate and famous for its lemons (and other citrus fruits). It ended up being a very hot day and you can already see the haze over the Italian coastline in the distance in these images.

The French Riviera with all its glitz and glamour can be a pretty busy place, and I loved finding quiet moments like these.
