Introducing two new heart art prints
I’m so excited to share two new heart art prints, photographed during one of my many ocean adventures off the coast of Lisbon, Portugal. We were out looking for dolphins, whales, and other marine animals as usual, which we did find, but on this particular trip, we kept finding balloons too – it looked like a balloon bouquet had escaped and drifted out to sea.
Balloons are really dangerous to wildlife, the animals mistake them for food, so of course we picked them up as we found them. Most were torn or deflated, but then we came across this perfect heart-shaped balloon floating there, way out to sea, all by itself. It was such a surreal scene, I had to take a few (OK, many!) photos before we took it out of the water.
After sorting through all the shots I took that day, these two images stood out as my favorites, and I’m thrilled to share them as art prints. I think they make perfect and unique Valentine’s Day gifts, and love them as bedroom, living room, or home office wall art any time of year!
