I am still dog and house sitting in Portugal (currently on week 4) and will be celebrating with my temporary furry family – it’ll be hamburgers for everyone tonight! 🙂
PS. I tried to do a selfie with the dogs but it was completely impossible to keep everyone in the same spot for more than a few seconds!
PPS. In case you’re curious how I got the dog and house sitting gig, I’m doing it through an organization called Trusted Housesitters. It’s such a great idea, both for people who want to travel but have to leave their animals at home or don’t want their house to be left unattended, and for those who want to travel the world and live like a local for a short (or long time).
